We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our fast-paced environment and growing organization. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, enthusiastic personality and excel at building relationships.

Role Summary

The Account Manager will support and work to retain all existing customers.

Key Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the customer base
  • Make outbound calls to accounts to review & renew contract terms
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer questions and act as customer advocate
  • Make regular contact via the phone & email to check in and identify any issues
  • Develop technical proficiency with our solutions and services
  • Drive both growth and retention by introducing various services available to customers
  • Document conversations and contact information into client management system
  • Team up with sales by identifying new business opportunities based on customer feedback
  • Prepare customer data and provide to marketing for campaigns

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two+ years of similar experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills a plus – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Familiar with video conferencing platforms
